Regular Cleaning Routine
Our standard cleaning is a regular cleaning routine that focuses on keeping your space tidy, organized, and hygienic on a day-to-day basis. Standard cleaning duration includes weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly rotations. Any service beyond four weeks' duration would fall under our general cleaning. Our standard cleaning consists of the following:
- Ceiling Fan Blades & Light Fixtures (dusted)
- Cobwebs removed
- Blinds & Shutters (dusted)
- Moldings & Woodwork, Windowsills, & Lock Ledges (dusted)
- Baseboards (dusted, reachable w/out moving furniture)
- Lamps & Lampshades (dusted)
- Pictures & Knick-Knacks (dusted)
- Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs, & under)
- Outside of appliances (cleaned)
- Inside microwave (scrubbed & disinfected)
- Stovetop & Drip Pans (washed)
- Cabinet Fronts (spot-checked)
- Doors (spot-checked)
- Light Switch Plates (hand wiped)
- Counter Tops (disinfected, & polished)
- Backsplashes (spot-checked)
- Sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
- Mirrors
- Tub/Shower & Tiles (scrubbed)
- Bathroom Counters (scrubbed & sanitized)
- Fixtures (sanitized & polished)
- Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined)
- Beds made; 1 set of sheets changed
- Stairs (vacuumed, wood wiped)
- Carpet (vacuumed)
- Hard surface floors (vacuumed & spin-mopped)
- Add-on Service: Inside refrigerator/freezer - freezer must be thawed prior to cleaning
- Add-on Service: Inside oven - self-cleaning option must be performed prior to cleaning
- Add-on Service: Laundry
- Add-on Service: Dishes
- Add-on Service: Internal Windows

*We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with an extension duster.

Our Premium service is a thorough and detailed cleaning process that goes beyond regular cleaning tasks. Our deep cleaning consists of the following:

Right The 1st Time offers Empty House Cleaning Services designed to provide comprehensive cleaning for vacant homes, making them ready for new occupants or final inspections. Everything gets hand-washed!
- Scrub & polish countertops & backsplash
- Clean & polish all appliances, including the inside of the microwave
- Scrub & polish sink & fixtures
- Open all cabinets, drawers, & pantry to wash
- Tub/ Showers: Double scrubbed for build-up
- Scrub & polish sink & fixtures
- Clean toilets inside & out
- Clean mirrors
- Open all cabinets & drawers to wash
- Vacuum & mop floors
- Vacuum & spin-mop all hard-surface floors
- Vacuum all carpeted areas, including all closets
- Vacuum all carpet crevices (crevices along the edge where bugs, animal hair, or carpet fibers collect)
- Wash ceiling fans & light fixtures in place by hand (tulip light fixtures cleaned in place, light fixtures w/ glass panels or bulbs like over kitchen tables, light bars in bathrooms, etc., clean well in place
- Hand-wash all baseboards
- Hand-wash all cabinets
- Hand-wash all doors & door frames
- Hand-wash all moldings, trim, stair rails, & chair rails
- Wash all light switch plates
- Wash windowsills & lock ledges
- Vacuum air return vents within reach (some high ceilings can only be reached by a duster)
- Vacuum tops of curtains and drapes
- Vacuum blinds & hand-wiped
